5. Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will inspect your claim and initiate a return or replacement if eligible. Returned items must be in unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact. Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
